Senior Human Capital Consultant – SAP HCM

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Senior Consultant – HCM. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.

The Senior Consultant – HCM will be responsible for:

Minimum 5 years of experience in core areas of SAP HCM with key focus on implementing and supporting SAP HCM core modules especially payroll and Time Management for UAE.
Experienced in supporting the core application areas of SAP HCM: Personnel Administration, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Payroll (Country – UAE preferred), and custom applications related to them.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP HCM services, identify gaps, issues and capability to provide work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems

The ideal candidate should possess:

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar capacity with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar job role
Fully aware of SAP development tools including SAP HCM Workbench
Integration capabilities using SAP will be an added advantage
Certification in SAP Developments will be an added advantage
UAE HCM implementation and support experience is a definite advantage
