We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for applicants who are excellent communicators and passionate about customer service. You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
• Act as the first line of support for attending customers’ concerns, processing orders, follow-ups, order updates and fulfilment across channels
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Should be willing to make outbound calls and answer incoming calls confidently.
• Respond to customer inquiries by understanding their concern, gathering and researching information to provide appropriate response such as about product, pricing, and availability
• Monitor customer complaints/feedback and reach out to provide assistance in a fair manner
• Elevate customer concerns to Team Lead and/or concerned department as needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Provide accurate and updated company offers to new and existing clients
• Improving the customer’s overall experience with the brand by identifying opportunities for customer delight
• Provide customer service support for the various marketing events
• Booking orders and coordinating with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
• Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, and complaints, as well as actions taken
• Gather customer feedback and share it with our Sales and Marketing teams
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
• Ability to convey information with confidence and in a simple manner
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude and high-energy
