Kerten Hospitality is looking for a dynamic, passionate and experienced Director of Operations and Guest Experience.
Oversees and directs the operations across the Group and ensures that the overall vision of Kerten Hospitality is well injected throughout the brands and assets and that the corporate strategic objectives are met.
Leads and provides the appropriate tools and guidance to all the General Managers to ensure their assets deliver curated and bespoke guest experiences, create long lasting win-win eco-systems within their neighborhood, whilst they operate at their maximal financial performance.
Experience/ Background:
The successful candidate has the following traits:
Previous experience as a General Manager or multi property experience is preferred
Positive, inclusive, genuine, innovative, engaging, and energetic personality
Excellent people skills with the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
