Key One Design Solution looking for creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer
The candidate should be able to think creatively about the use of space, color, and movement, is specialized in modern and contemporary interior and exterior design.
Should be effective communicator, fast and productive.
Responsibilities:
Shop drawing with material description and method of construction
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
Prepare design and shop drawings based on the designs.
Able to interpret the designs according to the materials availabilities and site execution.
Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in this field.
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions).
Expertise in layouts, colors, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Twinmotion and Escape3D, and other render engine programs.
Excellent portfolio of previous works.
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
Communication and presentation skills.
BS degree or equivalent in Interior Design or similar.
Excellent communication skills with the teamwork and clients and especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
Accepting criticism to improve the design value.
