Position: Sales Executive
Location: Media City, Dubai – with a breathtaking view overlooking the Palm Island, Burj Al Arab, and the mesmerising city skyline.

Key Responsibilities:
·      Tap into and cultivate new business avenues across our key sectors and any burgeoning areas we venture into, focusing primarily on the Middle East and Asia.
·      Strengthen and maintain client relationships, adapting event solutions to a varied and expanding marketplace.
·      Propel sales through proactive outreach methods, from cold calls to in-person meetings in our state-of-the-art Dubai office and across the region.
·      Stay updated with trends across Knowlex’s diverse sectors, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
·      Facilitate smooth collaborations among our UK, Dubai, and Asia teams, aiming for top-notch client experiences.
·      Achieve and often surpass sales targets, reflecting Knowlex’s growth trajectory in multiple markets.
·      Represent Knowlex at prime industry events in the Middle East and Asia, championing our brand and establishing influential connections.
·      Expedite sales processes, from the first inquiry to contract finalisation.
Qualifications & Skills:
·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field.
·      3+ years sales experience, especially in events or industries mirroring Knowlex’s expansive portfolio.
·      Comprehensive grasp of the Dubai, Middle Eastern, and Asian markets, and an eye for spotting opportunities in emerging sectors.
·      Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
·      Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or an Asian language is a notable asset.
·      Strategic vision paired with effective execution capabilities.
·      Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
·      Passion, resilience, and ambition in equal measures.
