Paid Media Manager

Kreata Global, a leading Digital Advertising Agency in Dubai is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our Dubai office.

Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute Google and Social Media advertising campaigns for clients

● Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

● Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies

● Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

● Optimize, copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns

● Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

● Research and analyze competitor advertising links

● Monitor trends using social media tools and analytics

● Measure brands performance on various social media channels and prepare periodic reports

● Work closely with Sr Media Manager, Other Team Members from the Media Team and the Client Servicing Teams

● Conduct competitive analysis studies on client competitors, including digital footprint analysis.

● Excellent Communication Skills

Requirements:

● Expertise in handling high volume ad campaigns for clients on all digital platforms, including but not limited to META, Google, Twitter, Linkedin, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.

● Proven media management experience and success managing PPC campaigns across online channels

● Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing

● In-depth experience with leading bid management tools

● Experience with leading website analytics tools

● Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

● Minimum 4 years experience in an agency setup
