Legal Circle
Corporate and Commercial lawyer with 4+ years PQE and current experience in the UAE is preferable.
Ideally common law qualified, the candidate should have had a combination of in-house and law firm roles and have experience handling a wide variety of commercial and corporate legal matters such as SHA, AOA, agency and joint venture agreements, partnership and service agreements, privacy policies, SaaS and end user license agreements.
It would be a bonus to have versatile exposure to employment and real estate matters to assist a variety of clients
The candidate must possess a can-do and team-player attitude, capable of working without supervision, and a willingness to be involved in the full range of work undertaken by the firm.
Salary Range AED 15,000 to AED 25,000 depending on experience level.
