Little Friends Pets Grooming LLC
The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in performing all pet grooming-related responsibilities to ensure that pets are neat, clean, and look their best.
Responsibilities:
· Bathing, cleaning, conditioning, and drying animals of various sizes and personalities.
· Styling and grooming the pets according to known/standard grooming styles and owners’ requests.
· Trimming, grinding, and clipping nails.
· Shaving and trimming hair/fur.
· Eye/Fur stain removal
· Anal gland expression.
· Ear and eye cleaning.
· De-matting, De-furminating, and detangling hair/fur.
· Tooth brushing.
· The ability to work with and manage uncooperative pets with a friendly manner.
· Guaranteeing the safety of the pets while under the grooming process.
· Identifying health issues in pets, such as ear infections, skin conditions, or tooth decay, and informing pet owners of these observations.
· The ability to maintain the grooming tools and equipment in a good working, clean condition.
· knowledge of the rules and guidelines from the Dubai Municipality regarding the health and safety standards and routinely cleaning and sanitizing work areas.
Requirements:
· Professional pet grooming experience with dogs, cats, birds, and rabbits. (Mobile pet grooming service experience preferred)
· The skill to soundly understand and act upon animal behavior.
· The ability to love all pets and treat them with compassion and care.
· The ability to deal with customers and provide an outstanding customer service experience.
· Speak English fluently.
License/Certification:
· Pet Grooming License/certification
