Manager Procurement


We are hiring for Manager Procurement.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM).
Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the same industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and increase efficiency.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and take corrective actions as necessary.
Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline procurement operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
