Job Description:
Proven experience in Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud
Able to own and complete data migration tasks on time and without issues.
Familiar with AIM/OUM Documentation Like CV040, CV020, etc. to support the ongoing data management team.
Source to target mapping for the data objects to be migrated.
Work closely with the V1 functional team to gather requirements, data mapping and error resolution.
Work with business on data cleansing and to gather timely inputs.
Consulting mindset with drive to improve data quality and help project success.
Performing data migration audit, reconciliation, and exception reporting.
Experience of working on large scale, complex internal transformation projects.
Support with the overall delivery of data migration plans.
Good Knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle Fusion Technical
Reasonable knowledge on Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI and FRS.
Good Communication skills to work with wider/multiple teams.
Qualifications
HCM Data Loader (HDL) – HCM
File Based Data Import (FBDi) – ERP
Oracle Integration Cloud –
PLSQL – required
SQL – required.
Oracle Fusion BI Reporting – Required.
Analytical skills to understand data migration requirements, interpret source data and discuss with functional consultants for mappings.
