This role is within the Division of MASSBETTER and make sure all the air ticket required should be done on time as company requested.
The Air Ticket Booking Specialist role is an important aspect of future business growth and the expansion within the group.
The role of the Air Ticket Booking Specialist is to deliver the following:
Be responsible for the operation and plan of all on-line platforms which have cooperation with company, and in charge of daily matters.
Be familiar with the change and refund policy of various airlines.
Retain the customer relations, drag the customer’s requirement out, and search more upcoming business.
Manage the upgrade issue of VIP, provide them specialized professional service.
Provide company the suggestion the optimization of products and procedures according to the customer’s feedback.
Achieve the sales target designated.
Build and provide professional consultation for customers, develop the potential customer with company product.
Accomplish other assignment designated by line leader.
KEY SKILLS:
3 years or more UAE experience in Air Ticket Booking.
OTA system knowledge requested.
Proficient in Amadeus booking system.
Have excellent team associated and communicative ability.
Be honest & punctual & resourceful.
Must have IATA certificate.
