We have an opening in our company Medpharma, based out in Sharjah, for the role of Purchase Coordinator Intern who will add more value to the process. Candidates should be available in UAE and should have a valid UAE Residence Visa.
About this role
· Source and Procure Raw Materials (API/Excipient/Solvents/Flavors) from local and overseas vendors.
· Receive and process purchase requisitions received from various user departments.
· Negotiate Quotes and Prepare Purchase Orders in ERP systems and send approved Purchase Orders to Vendors and follow up for delivery as per production requirements.
· Application of Import Permit, to ensure smooth clearance of material.
· Coordinate with clearance team to ensure smooth clearance and receipt of materials.
· Follow-up qualification documentation from registered vendors of API and Excipient.
· The candidate will get an exposure in the field of Supply chain.
Requirements to apply
· Having good knowledge in MS Office especially in MS excel.
· Good communication skills and eager to learn.
· The applicant should be a graduate in Pharmacy or student/graduate in the field of Logistics.
· Candidate on Family Visa
· Candidate Residing in Sharjah or with Own Car Preferred
· Preferably an experience in Purchase department of 6 months/fresh graduate.
