Swim Development Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and positive Swimming Development Coach to join our team at My Swim Club – UAE 🇦🇪- Dubai.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing our youngest swimmers age 7- 9. You will work closely with our team of coaches to identify areas for improvement to help our young swimmers reach their full potential.

Requirements:

ASA Level 1 & 2 Coaching or equivalent
Solid track record in swimming coaching
Great communication
Organizational skills
A passion for helping young swimmers
2-4 years of Coaching experience
International drivers license
English speaking
