Job Requirements : Should possess 1-2 years of admin experience.

Excellent Customer service skills

Good Communication

Ability to handle pressure situation

Team-management and leadership skills.

Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

Strong Knowledge of MS Office , creative PowerPoint presentation and generating reports

Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

Handle requests and queries appropriately.

Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers

Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

Information technology knowledge is an advantage.

Should be based in Abu Dhabi.

Must be able to join immediately.
