Responsibilities
Identifying potential Leads and customers who will be able to buy our solution, and direct them to the appropriate internal teams
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Liaise with different internal stakeholders to improve the client’s journey
Researching and qualifying new leads
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Weekly introductions approx. 60
Contact potential customers over the phone/email/WhatsApp
Maintain accurate records of calls including helpful information from the customers
Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email
Keeping up with the solution information and updates. Staying informed about competing products and services.
Track and report on lead progress using the CRM system in place
Big plus if you know your way into Salesforce
