Precise Communications

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who specializes in creating high-quality video content and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. He/she will report to the Creative Director and will work with a team of designers and copywriters to create unique and informed concepts. He/she will coordinate with internal departments to discuss and establish project concepts, research current trends and the target demographic, and design and troubleshoot the visual aspects of a project from the initial planning stages until the finished output. They should possess an understanding of design concepts and marketing avenues and be well versed with design software.

Job Responsibilities

Understand design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Creating and delivering motion graphics for various marketing platforms (e.g., social media, digital advertisements, print, apps and websites, etc.)
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Amend designs after feedback.
Design, develop and deliver dynamic artwork by selecting the right audio, video, colors and animation style and efficiency for marketing and branding campaigns.
Edit video clips and add animation effects to enhance videos.
Provide design support in other areas (e.g., social media posts, emailer GIFs, etc.) as needed.
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and reflect them through fresh and creative work.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to optimize the quality and effectiveness of the work delivered.

Efficiency and effectiveness – Creative solutions delivered in a timely manner that also satisfy project goals.
Brand management – Maintain brand consistency while continuously innovating and elevating brand expression.
Staying up to date – Keeping up with the latest trends in digital marketing and constantly evolving with new design tools and software. 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
Experience in graphic design, specifically animation, with a supporting portfolio. More education or industry-specific knowledge may be required.
Proficiency with Mac/Windows OS, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design software and tools.
High level of accountability and motivation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Creativity and receptiveness to feedback.
