Customer Service / Inside Sale Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customers that need after-sales service support from Quooker regarding the usage, maintenance, malfunctions, and repair of the sold products. You take corrective actions to ensure customers’ satisfaction and resolve product-related issues. One of your main tasks will be to effectively and efficiently plan the technicians schedules, such as : new installation, maintenance visits and service visits.

You mainly offer telephone and email support, for both the consumer and field colleagues. You are the first point of contact for questions regarding maintenance or malfunction . Technical knowledge or technical (pre) training is a bonus. Service plays a key role in our high customer satisfaction rate

Your responsibilities:

Handles a broad range of customer transactions, including inbound calls, service complaints, general product inquiries, troubleshooting, customer order entry, and servicing customer accounts.
Effectively and efficiently plan the technicians’ schedules
Process different transactions via ERP system
Process B2C and B2B webshop orders
Manage schedules via CRM system
Inside sales

About you:

At least 4 years’ experience in a role as after sales/ customer service and inside sales.
You are solution-oriented, and you stand for quality.
You are service-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible.
Processes & Procedures driven
Focused and organized
A proactive attitude, you are happy to assist when necessary and think in solutions.
You are used to having telephone contact with private individuals and B2B, preferably within a technical organization.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Affinity with technical products is preferred
Good communication skills
Do you have experience in a (technical) call center? Great!
Proficient in English
You are available full time.
Knowledge in working with an ERP System and Microsoft Office 365 applications
You live in Dubai
