ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain and update listings of available properties.
2. To be able to work on re-sale (lease/rent) as well as off-plan properties
3. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
5. Maintain up to date knowledge of property laws & policies.
SKILLS:
1. Business Development.
2. Target driven.
3. Team player.
4. Dubai real estate knowledge is plus.
5. Proficiency in English is must. Other language is a plus.
6. Negotiation & convincing skills.
7. Strong communication skills – including both verbal & written.
8. Relationship-building.
