Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Design and successfully implement a hiring strategy that is in tune with the firm’s goals.
Supervise training & onboarding.
Oversee targets and employee deadlines to carry out necessary disciplinary actions.
Closely monitor employee metrics such as lateness, holidays, sick days etc.
Preparation of all documents + contracts regarding HR.
Preparing all necessary documentation for commission + salaries.
Assistance with other minor operational tasks.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE least 6 months experience as Real Estate Human Resource Executive
Good understanding of the full recruitment process
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
Strong team player
