The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, analyzing their criteria, and finding suitable living spaces. Following this, you will negotiate with our buyers and ensure that they close the transaction. The entrepreneurial spirit will be the key to your success.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and drive our buyers to close.
- Advertise and market living spaces.
- Finds and reaches out to new prospects.
- Discover clients’ criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Qualifications
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication skills
• Have strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, mortgage rates, fees, service charges, competitors.
• Ability to attend transfer meetings to close out transactions
• Leverage your clientele, achieve monthly sales/lease targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability
• Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer experience
• Valid UAE Driving license
• Based in UAE
