Your role as a Sales & Leasing Agent in a REM Properties is to find buyers as well as sellers. We are looking for high value sellers who are comfortable selling developer listings that are either completed or off-plan. Within REM Properties we provide you with all developer listings – this means no hassle with tedious listings. Our administrator handles all developer listings for you. So if you wish to sell more than developer listings then, you can also find your own resale market owners.
Responsibilities
Generate sales leads.
Register clients with developers.
Sell Developer listings.
Take photos for own listings.
Gather exclusive listings for resale market.
List private owner properties in online portals.
Social Media marketing of listings.
Utilize communication channels to share listings and generate leads.
Go on viewings with clients.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage.
Must be open minded to meet all sorts of people as everyone needs a home.
Should have a UAE driving license and car.
Should UAE Real Estate Experience.
Should be competent with computer and phone.
Provided Training
We provide online training in MyCRM.
We arrange training as well as facilitate brochure and marketing materials for all partnered developers.
We provide in house training in Agent Portal (a portal made to give all information and document access to agents).
Commission
As all jobs in real estate are commission based we are no different however our commissions are higher. The commissions are in sales tiers so the more you sell the higher % you get. It should be said all percentages are above market standards so this is extremely lucrative for established and experienced agents.
