About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
 Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
 Receiving, storing and issuing supplies and equipment for the day to day restaurant operations
 Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc
 Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specification
 Keping inventory and stock records, as well as compiling records of expenditures/consumptions periodically
Qualifications:
 Open to any nationals
 35 years old and below
 At least 3 years of experience in the same role (F&B / Hospitality groups)
 Should be fully vaccinated
