We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Female Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base.
Computer Knowledge: The ideal candidate must possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle email and scheduling software.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
Provide accurate information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors.
Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and file management.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to adapt to different situations and handle them with grace.
