We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Focus on product design for our lifestyle brands which primarily focusses on Electric Mobility, Robotics, Accessories and Smart devices.
– Product research and market analysis for new ideas and inspiration.
– Provide sketch ideas and 3D renderings to our marketing team
– Generate design detailed concepts
– Work alongside with our mechanical and electrical engineers during the design process as well as during tooling stages to identify any issues that may arise.
– Prototyping
– Graphic design is required for packaging and digital marketing assets.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Minimum 5 years of Product Design experience in Consumer Electronic and/or Toy development and manufacturing is a must.
– Higher diploma or above in Product Design and Mechanical Engineering is a preferred bonus
– Experience designing, prototyping, validating electro-mechanical assemblies
– Proficiency in 3D CAD systems, Solid works or other equivalent.
– Demonstrates successful experience in communicating with teams and having positive energy within the office environment.
– Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and resolve issues while keeping projects on time.
– Mature, well-organized, detail minded, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Excellent Computer skills, high proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Project Management tools.
– CAD: Rhino and/or Solid works, CREO
– Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Coral Draw will be a plus.
