We are looking for an experienced Property sales consultant specializing in off plan market.
Basic Salary plus commission offered.
Requirements:
Relevant sales experience, including strategic sales, business-to-business sales and account
management organization.
Multi-lingual.
Driver’s License.
Responsibilities:
Proven track record in developing strategic customer partnerships and year-over-year revenue growth.
Building, maintaining and restructuring relationships with Real Estate Brokers, and Freelance Property Consultants who can help and assist in bringing newer clients.
Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment.
The profile we are looking for:
Target-oriented mindset, someone who understands the value of commissions more than the salary
itself.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Quick learner with a zeal to perform at a top-notch level
Local knowledge of Real Estate would be strongly preferred
Someone who believes in bringing in the best numbers and being rewarded for the same.
