The ideal candidate for this position will be will obtain and expand the company’s business relationships. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its products compiled with a sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.
Job description :
· Handling RFQs and Tenders from clients
· Prepare quotation by finding the right suppliers or principals
· Make sure the new principal or supplier completes the agreement, registration, and prequalification formalities of the end-user.
· Review all quotations received from suppliers and ensure they are as per the customer’s RFQ requirements.
· Prepare the Comparative Quote statement of the multiple quotations received from various suppliers or principals.
· Negotiate price reduction from the suppliers or principals.
· Prepare a Cost sheet (draft) for the least quoted suppliers or principals. (Estimate of the Financing & Logistic details shall be obtained from the Finance & Accounts).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
8+ years of relevant experience in oil and gas mandatory
Strong negotiation skills
Interpersonal skills
