· SALARY: 2500 AED (under evaluation after 3 months)
Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls and inquiries.
· Develop and maintain a filing system.
· Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
· File and update contact information of customers, suppliers, and others.
· Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as secretary (2 years Office secretary in Dubai)
· high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Good English speaking is mandatory)
· Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook
· With a Pleasing personality
