Swezl. is looking for a Sales Operations to join our team and support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches its goals.

Sales Operations responsibilities include building pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data, and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals.

Ultimately, you will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to correspondence via emails and WhatsApp chat

• Be the primary point of contact for clients and escalate to department heads

• Coordinate with sellers and buyers until the assigned task is completed.

• Assisting the sales team in increasing productivity by contacting buyers to schedule appointments/meetings.

• Assign and follow up with sellers and service provider for the pickup schedule.

• Ensures that all pickups are performed perfectly. (No tardiness, no missed bookings, and no complaints).

• Hands-on experience with CRM software

• Manage and update our CRM system keeping all information up-to-date

• Provide operational support

• Prepare reports/schedules and maintains accurate daily operational records.

• Handle complaints, investigate sequence of events to implement corrective actions

• Ensure the service provider performs the assigned pickup as per the guidelines.

• Supporting sales team in attaining sales target

• Promote awareness of the company’s brand image.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, self-reliant, friendly, and patient

• Organization, professionalism, self-confidence

• 3+ years experience in sales/operation

• Microsoft skills. etc.

• Understanding of prospecting

• Solid grasp of b2b sales & outdoor sales

• Must have a UAE driving license

Salary 5,000 to 6,000 AED
