Job Title : Quotation Coordinator
Location : Dubai
Contract : 6 Months- Extendable
Salary : 6000-7000
Working days- 5
Work timings- 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Key Responsibility:
Be responsible for inquiries, quotations and order management for the entire quotation and order life cycle for your assigned customers.
Manage customer communication and day-to-day relationship, including regular reporting and status updates.
Have daily interaction with the extended Service team, both locally as well as internationally within the group.
Be responsible to facilitate and follow-up quality claims and act as a link between customer and global technical support teams.
Maintain and improve technical knowledge in selected products and technologies that are beneficial to understanding your customer better.
Have a chance to contribute to the success of the team.
