We currently have an opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our busy Hot Kitchen Section, we are looking for Fried Chicken and Burgers expertise.

Role Responsibility

As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:

Preparation, Butchering and Cooking of food
In Hot kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
Maintaining Health & Safety standards
Focus on delivering the best quality possible, controlling the portions , consistency and correct rotating of Mep.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will have:

Previous kitchen experience with Hot Section in busy kitchen with delivery operation.
Relevant Culinary Certificate or equivalent qualifications, including Basic Food Hygiene, PIC certificate.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent ability to work in a Team, comunicate in English correctly.
