We are a business center and looking for a bubbly, presentable Admin/Receptionist to add to our excellent team.
The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:
• Knowledge of all MS Office suite applications
• Good English communication skills, smart and presentable
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
• Previous experience in administration and receptionist is a must
Main Responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
– Email correspondence, follow-ups, reminders, and direct phone calls
– Enthusiastically welcome and greet visitors, clients & employees
– Maintain office filing system
– Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel/google sheets. – Compose, edit and draft letters, preparing agreement and proposal. – Answering inquiries, assisting clients in the office
– Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records
– Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. Punctual and presentable with a good personality.
We want a hardworking, quick-thinking, adaptable female to join our team.
Preferably Filipina
Salary: AED 2,500 and above (depends on experience)
