As an ambitious member of our Marketing team, you’ll be able to pivot and adapt to different audiences, which include our clients, customers, and employees. You’ll use your excellent command of Arabic and English to communicate and strengthen relations with our clients and stakeholders, which include government entities and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity, guidelines, and marketing objectives.
Design and create visually appealing graphics that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate marketing messages.
Develop and implement branding strategies to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
Create engaging and shareable graphics for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Design and code HTML emails that are visually compelling and optimized for different email clients and devices.
Edit videos to create impactful promotional materials, advertisements, and tutorials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for visual content.
Work closely with the website team to update and maintain our WordPress-based website, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually pleasing design.
Stay up to date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
Provide guidance and support to existing designers and other team members as needed
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role, preferably within a marketing environment.
Extensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, social media graphics, HTML emails, and video editing.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Experience working with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website editing.
Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie) and a solid understanding of video production processes.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external resources.
Proactive problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
The top candidate will have
5+ years experience
Experience within business to government or government regulatory marketing experience, or strong B2B experience
Experience in motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
Experience in UX/UI design.
