The Online School is the latest innovation in engaging, adaptive and personalised education from the expert team based in Dubai. With our online platform, students across the globe will be able to access world class education that is designed to develop essential skills such as creativity, problem-solving, and independence by igniting students’ intellectual curiosity.
We are looking to bring on a full-time team to develop innovative and exciting content to be on the platform. Our goals will include the creation of a full revision course, as well as a full educational course for multiple iGCSEs before the start of academic year 2023.

We are looking for a team of subject experts to join us in Dubai to develop courses, write and record content, and provide innovative ideas to make our platform grow. Successful applicants will have an excellent knowledge of their fields, superb creativity, as well being able to come across well on video. We will be hiring people for the current subject combinations:
Mathematics
Physics
Computer Sciences
Biology
Chemistry
Geography
History
English
Psychology
Business Studies
Economics
Successful applicants will be able to develop content for multiple subjects, with a minimum of 3 in the list above up to GCSE, and 2 up to A level. These subjects must be noted on your application.
The job will take place in Dubai, which may require relocation. Flights and accommodation alongside other successful applicants will be provided within Dubai.

*Qualifications and Skills
Degree qualification in at least one of your chosen subjects or highly relevant subject.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Comes across well on video
Team player – able to quickly respond to challenges faced by a small business
Success driven – as the platform develops, there will be the ability to grow alongside the company
Attention to detail – content must have few mistakes and be efficiently produced to tight deadlines
Organised – successful applicants will show a high level of organisation for online files as well as time.
