Tierra Properties is currently looking for an Off-Plan Property Consultant to join their ever-growing family. You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated, and have a proven track record in real estate.
Job Description:
Generating new business using leads generated by the company and your own
Building a strong relationship with developers and mastering all knowledge about their projects
Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment adviser
Negotiating offers and payment plans with buyer.
Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
Collaborating with the marketing team on open houses, roadshows and other lead-generating activities
Requirements:
Real estate license (RERA)
Visa and medical insurance
Commission of up to 50% to 80%
30 days’ holiday per year
Other:
Driving license essential
Languages – fluent English / other languages is a bonus
