We are looking for Experienced Travel Consultant lady speaks Hindi and Urdu
Job Role:
Minimum 2 years experience as working Travel Consultant in UAE.
– Ability to check and book flight tickets with the difference systems for walk in customers and B2B.
– Cater to additional queries from clients i.e. changes in baggage allowance, seat allocation, flight changes etc.
– Write and apply UAE Visas.
– Ability to check and book Holidays for the customers.
– Ability to check and book Travel Insurance.
– Ability to Contact with the suppliers.
– Ability to contact with all customers from different nationalities.
– Contacting with all customers with respect and gain their trust.
– Research & Development on unique locations and products that attract customers and meet their travelling needs
– Develop and maintain relationship with vendors and suppliers.
– Coordinate with the Customer Experience and Finance team to ensure all data points are recorded and invoices are issued in time
– Can achieve monthly target.
– Can use MS Office Programs.
– Ability to present new creative ideas.
– Hard worker and can work under pressure.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
