Business Marketing Manager Cleaning Services

WE ARE HIRING: UAE (Business Marketing Manager cleaning services)
With Minimum 05 years of professional experience in Cleaning (or) facility management (or) similar
industry with below roles and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supporting all marketing and sales related activities.
2. Performance reviews for your team to ensure their performance and behaviors in the
location
3. Conduct commercial site and outdoor site inspections
4. Plan and direct staff development, establishing an environment that motivates staff and
provides effective training.
5. Strong knowledge on Digital Application for maid services cleaning.
6. Performs periodic work site inspections to ensure work is performed to standards of
quality.
7. Respond to customer complaints ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer
satisfaction.
8. Sales and growth oriented
9. To monitor the daily staff attendance and submit report to HR
10. If any issues related staff behavior inform to HR dept. to make action
11. Supervising the client locations to collect feedback about the service
12. Monitor all daily staff schedules
13. Explain about the schedules to staff Requirements
14. Leadership and management skills
15. Good communication skills
16. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
17. Take Initiative in all operations work
18. Ability to work effectively under pressure
19. Attention to detail
20. Excellent ability to create teams who works together in partnership
21. Ability to work a flexible schedule
22. Candidates with Must UAE Experience with a driving license will be highly preferred.
23. Soft Services cleaning experience Min 5 years would be preferable.
