Location: Dubai

We are looking for a Core Banking Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.
Middle East Core Banking Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various Banking roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, you will build a strong banking domain talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our banking domain positions.
IT hiring experience with BFSI clients or working directly in BFSI companies
Good Knowledge in Geo hiring.

Position Summary

The Technical Recruiter is vital to our success in placing talented consultants out or valued customer sites. The Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. This also includes networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

End to End IT Recruitment

Minimum Requirements

Graduate/ Post-Graduate
Seasoned recruiter with sound industry knowledge of BFSI Domain in GCC Market.
Analyzing the Client Requirement; Sourcing candidates from database, job boards (Monster, Naukri Gulf and LinkedIn), screening, assessing and recommending them to the client.
3-6 years of relevant recruitment experience of working in large, professionally managed firms, with exposure to a highly matrixed local and global reporting environment.
Expertise in hiring for Large Captives.
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
Strong understanding of the local hiring market for the relevant technology skill sets.
Proven experience in managing an end to end recruitment process.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize appropriately, meets deadlines and juggle simultaneous demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver results.
