Job Description: OUTBOUND TELESALES

 Calling B2B clients to inform them about new products, services, or new product releases.

 Responding to any consumer inquiries or concerns.

 Inquiring clients to learn about their needs and preferences.

 Forwarding prospective sales leads to Business Executives and Sales Manager.

 Taking down consumer requests or orders and forwarding them to the appropriate department.

 Supporting the Sales team in the formulation and execution of effective sales strategies.

 Updating and maintaining a database containing consumer information.

 Helping to facilitate future sales.

 Keeping track of daily calls and sales activity.
