We are on the hunt for a professional and skilled FEMALE admin assistant who can independently handle the reception and perform admin tasks with professional ease.
While at work your daily routine will find you responsible for:
1. Greet and welcome all visitors with a smiling face, guide them to the appropriate department or personnel.
2. Preparing tenancy contract, addendum, SPA, MOU, NOC and other property related contracts.
3. Advertising on CRM Propspace, screening all agents’ advertisements to ensure that they meet the rating standards, editing pictures, checking for errors on the adverts posted and informing the relevant agents, periodically updating the agents on how to improvise on their adverts to reach the target audience.
4. Having extensive working knowledge of various property portals like Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut etc, knowing their screening process, rating standards, and rejection parameters.
5. Possessing accurate knowledge of Trakheesi, Submitting required documents for each property to be advertised to get Trakheesi Permit.
6. Knowledgeable of all real estate related forms (Forms A, B and I, etc.)
7. Adhering to RERA rules and regulations.
8. Property management for the properties managed by our company which includes submission of cheques on the correct dates, coordination with the tenants whenever required.
9. Screening and directing phone calls (if property enquiry forward sensibly to the relevant agent), Emails and distribute correspondence.
11. Cold calling landlords to confirm availability, create and maintain updated inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
12. Being adequately aware regarding the basic office technical aspects like connecting laptops to a big screen, preparing the meeting room for a big screen presentation etc
13. Devise and maintain office filing system.
14. Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel and reporting to the Managing Director on a daily, weekly and monthly pattern.

2. Expertise with different office applications like MS Office , Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, etc
3. English speaking skills, and any other language is a plus
4. Neat attire and attractive personality
