Job Responsibilities:-
Responsible for assisting the team in providing legal support and advice to the Business Units
Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents
Organizing and maintaining documents like files, documents, and exhibits in a paper or electronic filing system.
Preparing briefs, wills, contracts, real estate closing statements, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents.
Review of contracts and other binding documentation, advice and action on contentious matters, preparation of contracts, and administrative support where required.
Drafting legal documents and pleadings, including deposition notices, subpoenas, motions, certifications, contracts, briefs, and complaints
