Tax Lawyer

Aventus

Aventus is currently working with a highly reputable family office. They are currently looking for a Lawyer specializing in UK tax to be based in their head office here in the UAE.

Requirements:

Ideally, has experience advising and working in a family office
6-10 years PQE
Must have experience working with UK and UAE taxation laws
Should be knowledgeable in laws corresponding with residency, property, probate, and taxes such as IHT, CGT, and IT
Thorough understanding of various types of trusts, such as their formation, structure, and compliance
Certification in Trusts Law is an advantage but not a must
