Nova Medical Center

We are urgently looking for a reliable Female Telesales Executive to join our team.

Experienced in Citizenship by Investment programs (CBI), Business Setup and Corporate Services Industry required.

Be a part of an excellent team. The role will be based in Dubai.

Job Responsibility

• Managing customer expectations and maintaining a high level of communication

• Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management

• Marketing and Promoting immigration/ second citizenship, business set up and corporate services to clients effectively

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from customers

• Filtering and Qualifying leads is mandatory

• Document all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures

• Inbound/Outbound calls to generate sales

Expertise in either Hindi or Urdu is a plus.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Proactive and energetic

• Good knowledge of MS office/ CRM

Salary starting from AED 2,000- 3,000
