We’re currently searching for an experienced Tele-sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role as well as experience working in the Real-Estate. As a Tele-sales executive your daily responsibilities will include handling the sales by calling the clients.
Fixing appointment with the interested client, providing support and further information about our services as well as offering existing customers after care and support.
We’re looking for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and is confident with building rapports and engaging in complex conversations. For this position we do require someone who is fluent in Arabic, English, or French, German, Spanish.
Job Description:
Call new leads and explain about services,
Follow-up with existing or old leads
Providing online support to new or old leads
Arrange meeting with qualified clients
Providing after care customer service
Qualifications and Skills:
Must speak English + French, German, Spanish is a plus point.
Highschool / Diploma / Graduated
Experienced in Excel sheet & google sheet.
Experience is sales, tele-sales or telemarketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM
Strong communication and conversational skills
2 years minimum in sales or tele-sales
Full-time Position
Salary + commission.
