Sun Management Group ( Reanda UAE) is looking for a Qualified-Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI India with a minimum of 5 years of proficiency in preparing and drafting legal documents, Company resolutions Power of Attorney (POA), Agreements, Undertakings, Memorandum, Articles, MOU, Sale / Purchase Term sheets, preparing proposal, company incorporation documents etc.

The suitable candidate must be a member of ICSI (India) or ICAI (India) or ICSA (UK).

He/ She must be intelligent with remarkable English communication skills.
