Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Experience : 6-10+ years

Location – Onsite (UAE)

Joining : 10-15 days (immediate joiner preferred)

Job Requirements:

1.Oracle Fusion EPM Functional Consultant

Primary Module Skill Required

Hands-on experience in Oracle EPM

Implementation experience EPM cloud products

Lead complete solutions by design and development.

Strong experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.

Knowledge of cloud modules (FCCS/ARCS/PCMCS/EPRCS/TRCS/EDMCS/EPBCS), Hyperion Financials Reporting (HFR)

Data integration tools (FDM, ODI, etc.) is a plus.

2.Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Hands-on experience in HCM Cloud / EBS BPM Workflow, Oracle Fusion Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI

Implementation/Support experience with Oracle Fusion HCM

Hands-on experience on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Implementation and support.

Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12.

Experience in EBS to Oracle Fusion.

Configurations, reports, interfaces, testing, user training, and knowledge transfer.

Experience in designing OTBI BIP Reports

Experience of writing Fast Formulas

Strong work experience and expertise in HCM Data Loader / HCM Spreadsheet Loader configurations, and Data loads.

Exposure to HCM extract.

Fusion HCM Security concepts /Approval Process
