Job Description-
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
We want you to learn our ways of doing things and to start with you will be assisting the senior designer and project head on designs and projects. You will be the owner of your own creation – from understanding a client to realizing their dream house. You will be the person who will visualize our client’s dream with your creativity and their needs. As the saying goes we want you to express a story where a customer falls in love and wants to live in it. REQUIREMENTS:
Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
Should know Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principle
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
