As part of our ambitious growth and expansion plans for the next year, we are looking to hire a professional and dynamic Business Development Associate. The main role purpose of the Business Development Associate would be to identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.

Responsibilities
Develop in-depth knowledge of our services and offerings and our value proposition.
Research different organizations with potential hiring needs in different sectors/ industries.
Develop understanding of different types of roles target organizations may be hiring for.
Identify relevant contacts at target organizations.
Conduct cold-calling or meet face-to-face with potential clients to elaborate on our services and generate leads.
Identify potential hiring needs of target clients and liaise internally with delivery managers.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s products and services.
Assist in client onboarding and contract negotiation.
Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Manage ongoing client relationships.
Attend relevant seminars, conferences and events to keep abreast of trends and generate leads.
Engage in regular industry as well as market research to stay informed about hiring trends.
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree in any discipline preferably business studies, economics, finance, marketing, accountancy or international relations.
2-3 years of solid previous experience in recruitment and business development or experience in a business-to-business role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable with cold-calling to make initial contact with clients.
Must be presentable in order to meet clients face to face.
Commercial mindset.
Good at networking.
Strong negotiation skills.
