Job Descriptions:
# Smart looking and Strong leadership skills
# Good Interpersonal skills.
# Ability to work with staff across multiple departments.
# Handle the front office – Directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates and customers appropriately.
# Experience in employee relations, recruitment, HR policies & procedures is an advantage to move in to HR department.
# Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
# Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
# Experience with various forms of office software and equipment.
# Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
# Ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications:
# Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
# 1 years experienced (Required)
# UAE Experience is an extra advantage
# If have Sales Experience (Higher Secondary School Certificate/ Diploma will accept)
