The primary responsibility of the Business Support Officer in AcedrA BioPharmaceuticals is ensuring that business activities in AcedrA Dubai Mainland Office are perfectly linked to the Riyadh Headquarter’s business processes such as administrative processes, procurement and supply chain procedures, and organizational requirements. Key duties of the job include: providing administrative and project support to particular departments and functions within AcedrA Dubai, or as part of the team in AcedrA HQ.
Main Responsibilities include:
Work in partnership with AcedrA managers and local & regional teams to ensure compliance with the missions and tasks
Set up and maintain systems for the collection and recording of data as required
Support the Dubai Scientific & Regulatory Manager in planning, monitoring, and reviewing the development of the business in line with the corporate targets
Assist the HQ managers to monitor expenditures against budgets, and with quarterly and annual returns/reports t
Oversee financials and submit returns to Head Office Finance Department. Process invoices and any income.
Support the recruitment of staff and key people by liaising with the Head Office HR department and providing relevant documents and administrative support to recruiting managers
Ensure that office equipment and other resources are maintained at appropriate levels.
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and other meetings as required by AcedrA Managers, ensuring accurate minutes are taken and any requested reports are provided. Carry out photocopying and filing as required
