Finance & Administration Manager 

Our client, a fully inclusive school located on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi, is currently wishing to recruit a Finance & Administration Manager who will be responsible for increasing and improving the organization’s financial operations and governance.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
➡️ Oversee the operations of the Accounting Department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department goals and objectives
➡️ Update and enhance the financial policies and procedures of the school and maintain a documented system of policies and procedures
➡️ Design internal control systems for all departments to ensure the safeguarding of school assets and monitor and enforce internal controls
➡️ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly and annual financial information
➡️ Ensure general ledger and financial statements are complete and accurate
➡️ Perform general ledger reconciliations including deferred income and other account analysis

The successful candidate would ideally be:
✅ Located in Abu Dhabi and able to start immediately
✅ Has 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
✅ Strong English communication skills, Arabic skills are considered a plus
✅ A collaborative team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
✅ With good knowledge and information of school operations
✅ Skilled in the use of finance and accounting system
